The 420 Foundation was founded in 2009 by Rich Paul, Noah Wood and Candice Nicosia. It’s first series of events were the 420 Rallies, which started in the Keene Common on 09/12/2009 and continued for a couple of years.

We continue to have an annual rally on the State House Lawn in New Hampshire, and we are working on doing weekly rallies starting in Spring of 2016.
